The solution Centre is a closed forum where you and your trading partner can discuss an issue, if something has gone wrong with your trade. Here you can find a resolution, or ask Trendsales to step in and help, if you are unable to come to an agreement.
If you haven’t received an item, you can create a case in the Solution Center for up to a 120 days after a completed trade. If the item wasn’t as described, the case can be created within 30 days. Most often, the issue is merely due to a misunderstanding, and the majority of sellers will always try to find a solution – so please remember to keep a civil tone.
If you’ve opened a case and are unable to reach an agreement, or you don’t hear from the seller, you can escalate the case to our Support Team and ask them to review the case. In order to escalate a case, click on the “Escalation”-button, which will appear after 7 days.
Remember to upload any documentation to the case before escalating. Our Support Team will review the case and get back to you within 3 days.
