If you have bought your item via TSpay, you are guaranteed your money back, if you don’t receive your item and the seller cannot or will not document, that the item has been shipped according to your agreement.
You can contact your seller via our Solution Centre for up to a 120 days after completing the trade, in order to find a solution to the problem. If you are unable to agree on a resolution, you can escalate the case to Trendsales, so our Support Team can review the case, and refund you the total purchase price.
What are the rules, if I don’t receive my item?
If you don’t receive your item, the seller must be able to document that the item has been shipped. If you have agreed on shipment via letter post, your seller must be able to produce a certificate of posting. If the seller can document the shipment by producing the certificate of posting, you cannot claim a compensation. If the seller cannot document that the item has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
If a case is settled in your favor, and you have bought the item via TSpay, our Support Team will refund you on your sellers’ behalf. If you have not bought the item via TSpay, Trendsales will not cover your losses, but will help you contact a lawyer or the police, if you wish to take the issue further. In these cases, Trendsales will still hold the sellers accountable and close their Accounts, until you have received a full refund.
