If a buyer has placed a bid on your item, but has no intention of buying, you can report the buyer to Trendsales.
Here you have one of two options; You can report the buyer through our Report User function or by contacting our Support Team. It is, however, important to emphasize that you must have made a binding agreement with your buyer, before you can report him or her to Trendsales.
If you choose to use the Report User function, the buyer will receive a warning by e-mail as well as a "thumbs-down" icon on his or her profile, which will be active for a period of 90 days.
You can also choose to report your buyer to Trendsales Support, asking them to give the buyer a warning. If a warning is given by the Support Team, the "thumbs-down" icon will not be shown on the buyers profile. Only Trendsales Support will be able to see the warning.
If a buyer receives several warnings it will result in quarantine from Trendsales. Regardless if you report the buyer via the Report user function, or by contacting Trendsales Support.
